His Promise

  I Had A DREAM OF A CITY

           IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL THERE

                           FLOWERS WERE BLOOMING ALL AROUND

                   THEIR FRAGRANCE FILLED THE AIR

            I HEARD THE JOYOUS LAUGHTER 

                OF THE CHILDREN PLAYING THERE

                               THERE WAS NO DEAFNESS NOR BLINDNESS

            THERE WAS NO PAIN TO BEAR

                 I SAW NO CANES OR CRUTCHES

                     THERE WAS NO SORROW OR TEARS

                                           THERE WAS FOOD FOR ALL WHO WERE HUNGRY

   IT WAS SO PEACEFUL THERE

             I MET THE ONE WHO SAVED ME

                                                        I KNELT DOWN AT HIS FEET

                              I TOUCHED HIS HAND AND FELT THE SCARS

  MY JOURNEY WAS COMPLETE

                    I’M GOING THERE SOME SWEET DAY

                    FOR HE PROMISED AND BY HIS GRACE

                          THAT ALL WHO BELIEVETH WILL RECEIVE

                A HOME IN THAT WONDROUS PLACE

                                             The Lord blessed this dear sister with a lovely poem and she gave me permission to print it here. Thank you so much for sharing this with us all. God bless you. I love you and Jesus loves you too. I want to say that I was blessed by her company and her praise for the Lord. She was a true blessing to me and I know she is to all she meets. A witness for Jesus she truly is.

                           Arms O f Jesus

             He opens His arms to hold us so close to

                             Himself

                  He waits for us to accept His

                            invitation

               He wants to give us comfort and

                            strength

                   Without limit or reservation.

              He knows all about our loneliness.

                He reaches out to dry each tear.

              He feels the pain we are bearing.

                  He is ready to take all fear.

                His arms are strong, but tender.

              He can feel the beat of our heart.

               He is fully aware of every need.

            He has been with us from the start.

             May we just yield to His calling,

                 To live in His tender care

              He is mindful of all that happens 

           And is just waiting for our prayers.

              You Are Mine...

             You are mine, You are mine, you are very

              truly mine...I've stomped across the 

              heavens shouting " Glory Devine!"  You

              were created in my Image I carved you

              on the palm of my hand, I sealed you with

              my spirit and upon you put my hand. I've

               taken out your heart of stone and gave

              you a heart of flesh, so you can love

              others and always give your best. I was

              wounded for your transgressions... I was

               Bruised for your iniquities...The price I

               paid for you is back on Calvary. I've

                taken away your sins as far as the east is 

              from the west, Oh! my child it is you

              Whom I have blessed...My love is as

              high as the heavens are above the earth

              farther than your eye can see, And

              nothing can separate you from my Love 

              nor height nor depth nor powers nor

              principalities...nor things present nor

               things to come...nor creature, nor angels

              not life nor death or anything else shall

              be able to separate you from my Love, I

              will uphold you with my right hand and

              keep you under the shadow of my

              wings, this is why I stomp across the

              heavens and "sing and sing and sing!"

              You are mine you are mine you are very

              truly mine, your the apple of my eye the

              one for whom I died...The price I paid for

               you is back at Calvary! Walk within my

                spirit come along and follow me!

I want to thank the Lord Jesus Christ for his love, joy, truth, healing, blessings and his Holy Spirit. My prayer is to God is that his people will stand strong in faith!
