                                                          It is Written

Matt: 4:4 says-- But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone; but by every word that proceedeth out of  the mouth of God.

Dear Lord Jesus, I asked that you anoint me with the utterance to deliver my soul. That every yoke will be broken,  off the mind of all your people and the lost. Father help us to bind thy words about our necks and bind them about our fingers that we forget not, what is written. Lord I hide thy word in my heart that I might not sin against thee. Awaken us, to your time and your season for our lives. Lord I bind every spirit that might be upon the minds of the people and loose them in liberty, which it will be given to the hearts and minds of all who read this. This I pray in Jesus name.

As we read in Matthew chapter 4, we read about Jesus being led up into the wilderness by the Spirit to be tempted of the devil. And when he had fasted 40 days and forty nights he was afterward a hungered. And when the tempter came to him, he said to him, if thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made into bread.  This is what Jesus replied unto him. It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone; but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

The devil thought well I got him now. He has been on this fast for forty days and forty nights. He will be in a weaken stage and I will be able to trick him up and cause him to do something that the Father will not be pleased in. But in his time of fasting not only did he obey what the Father had him to do but he stood strong in all of it as well. Each time the tempter tried to get Jesus to question the word of God. Jesus always came back to the devil with IT IS WRITTEN.

When you read and study the word of God you see just how powerful this word is.  Jesus was the word made flesh and dwelt among us. Bringing to us first hand what the Father would have to say to us. Everything that Jesus did was the will of the Father. That is all that concern him from a child. When Joseph and Mary went into the cities while they did their business that they came o; Jesus was in the Temples. The scholars of that day were amaze at the wisdom that this child contained for his age. He would surpass them and they would wonder among them selves. Where does he come from? Then they would marvel and say: Is not this Joseph and Mary’s son. When the family had left in the caravan they notice a few days into the journey that Jesus was missing. Joseph and Mary turn back to the city to get their son.  When they found him at the Temple , Mary asked him.  Why, he would trouble them in this manner. Jesus said to his mother. It is for me to be about my Fathers business. After this statement then he became subject to his mother and went with them. I am sure that Mary pondered in her heart the things that Jesus said to her and to the things that the angel told her the day he came to her.  He told her that she would bring the Saviour into the world. That she would be overshadowed by the Holy Ghost and conceived a child. That he would bring Salvation to his people. I am sure many times it was difficult to understand all that Jesus did. But she knew what God had told her and left it in the hands of God that what ever he did it was in God’s will. She trusted in God’s words and in her son that God had given to be in her care.

Jesus showed to us the power in the word because every time he spoke the word. It brought about the result that God intended. Jesus over came the devil in every way. He put him under his feet.  He showed to us that the spoken word rings out with the power of the Holy Ghost.  When Jesus and his disciples were on this ship in the middle of the sea Jesus was in the lower deck sleeping as the angry waves tossed them about. His disciples came to him and said to him: Do you not care that we perish? Jesus would marvel at their disbelief. Because they were his disciples and they seen him demonstrate so many miracles that he wanted to believe in him for all things. Jesus went to the top of the ship and looked to the heavens and spoke to the storm. Peace be still. Then the storm quieted and there was peace. They even marvel among them selves that the winds and storms obeyed him. What manner of man was this that dwelt among them? They had seen first hand the manifested power of God before their very eyes. That is the reason Peter responded to his question of who do they say that I am? Peter said: They say that thy are a prophet, a healer. Then he asked Peter: Who do you say that I am. Peter replied: Thy art the Christ the Son of God. He said:   you have rightly said, but tell no one. So God had revealed unto Peter his Son the only begotten of The Father.  It takes the Spirit of God to unveil your eyes that you can see the revelation of Jesus Christ. What ever Jesus spoke, the very words that left his lips performed what they were sent out to do. This is the reason the word of God will not return void it will surely perform what it is destined to do.

Jesus tried to get us to see that this word would live and abide in us. You ask: How is that!  Christ in you the hope of Glory. When you accept Jesus into your life then he takes abode in us. Like that song I like so well states. He lives in me.  Here is how it goes a few lines. He lives, He lives in me, Jesus Christ the King of all kings he lives in me. As the Father abides in him and he abides in the Father and they are one. Then when they take their abode in us then we are one with them. We are married to Christ in the Holy Ghost.  This is why no devil in hell or on the earth could stand before him. Why every sickness would dry up at his command. That the dead would be raised because there is life in the word and it would bring forth life. That same word is here today. You say were, is it Sister Brenda? Well I can tell you the word lives and abides in us. God is the word and the word is God. Jesus was made flesh and dwelt among us so he lives in us if we are his. Then that word is just as powerful as the day that Jesus walked among us. God is the same yesterday, today and forever he changes not. If God said it you can believe it. He is not a man that he should lie. But he is Almighty God Jehovah. Every thing that was created was created by him and for him. There is nothing created that was not created by God. That old man made theory of the human race coming from a monkey. Maybe he came from a monkey but I came out from God. That theory is so silly it is hard to understand why that any one would believe such a thing. Well, I know if the blood of Jesus Christ is not covering you. These old lying spirits will be able to take you and make you believe anything. Go to the sermon on The Amour of God and read it and see the importance of being fully clothed by the word.

Jesus told us that the works that he did we can do and greater works we would do, because he goes to the Father. We are the Sons of God and it is time that we come forth in that he as appointed us to. God is the Alfa and Omega the Beginning and the End the First and the Last. He is GOD and ALWAYS will be GOD!! Be set ablaze with this word. As Jeremiah said it is fire shut up in my bones! Hebrews chapter one and verse 7 says: And the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.  Oh! That we would be set on fire with the power of the Holy Ghost that every where we went we would be doing all the miracles that Jesus did.

In Isa. Chapter 61 and verse 1 says: The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and opening of the prison to them that are bound. Verse 2: To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that morn;  Verse 3: To appoint unto them that morn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for morning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called the trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.

I pray that the Lord God will glorify his self within his people. It is so important that we show forth that light which came into the world. Jesus is that Light and that Light lives within us his people. The same Spirit that was upon Jesus is the same Spirit that is upon his ministers to take this world wide HOLY GHOST moving REVIVAL through out the world. Ministers I challenge you to get in your prayer closets and push back the plate and get in your sack clothe and ashes call a Isa. 58 fast that God will endue us with power from on high. Pastors call your churches on a fast that God will bring revival to you and your people. That they will see their lost loved ones come in and be saved before it is too late. Let us stand in the gap and make up the hedge. Let us pray for Revival. That latter day move of the Holy Ghost
